Zurich Unveiled: Private 2-Hour City Essence & Highlights

Our guide Ricardo took us around Zurich showing and telling us about the history in this city. He is a great story teller and answered all questions we had. Very nice tour and a very nice man.

Our guide, Ricardo met us at our hotel and took us around the city showing us beautiful churches, artwork, oldest areas of the city, and scenic views. He made sure to ask our interests so he could take us to all the areas we wanted to see. We even saw a recently discovered Roman ruin (Roman bath house). We did a 2 hour walking tour of the old city with Ricardo that was fantastic. He gave us a lot of history background of how Zürich came to be today, parts of the city we would not have known to look for, and recommended a great authentic Swiss restaurant.

Celio, our tour guide, met us on time and a at our agreed upon pickup location, driving a comfortable SUV. We hit the highlights of the old city by car, then did an hour long walking tour through part of the old town and walked up to an overlook of Zürich’s Limmat River, a picturesque site and place to point out landmarks. Celio, an affable student of history narrated along the way and kept our curiosity piqued and thoroughly answered questions. He kept a comfortable walking pace and returned us to the airport to continue our travels.

My guide was very professional and knowledgeable about everything. I was able to see much of Zurich in a few hours to give me highlights of where to visit the ensuing few days and ideas of where to go outside of Zurich

We only had a full day to spend in Zurich and wanted to take in as much as we could through a private tour. Fernando picked us up and we were off to the best spots and saw Zurich from many different angles. The tour was awesome and Fernando is professional and knowledgeable!
